dc.description.abstract | 采用反相高效液相色谱法分离了 1 ,1’-联萘 - 2 ,2’-二酚 -单 [(- ) -孟基 ]碳酸酯旋光异构体 .考察了这一对旋光化合物的反相高效液相色谱行为 .结果表明 ,C1 8及 C8柱和醇 /水流动相体系适合于这一对旋光异构体的分离 .进一步优化了色谱分离条件 ,并用于它们的光学纯度测定。
R)1,1’inaphthalene2,2’diolmono[()menthyl] carbonate and (S)1,1’binaphthalene2,2’diolmono[()menthyl] carbonate were separated by reversephase high performance liquid chromatography . The effects of different types of stationary phase and mobile phase composition on the optical isomeric separation were investigated. The result showed that the C 18 or C 8 column and alcoholwater as mobile phase are suitable for the separation. The mechanism of separation is also discussed. | zh_CN |
