dc.description.abstract[中文文摘]利用自制的含硅强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化 1,4 丁二醇脱水合成四氢呋喃的反应。结果表明催化剂活性较好 ,且比常规离子交换树脂使用温度范围宽 ,可在较高的温度使用 ,但机械稳定性有待改善。进一步对 1,4 丁二醇脱水反应精馏进行初步实验研究 ,发现反应精馏能较好地分离反应产物THF和水 ,塔顶产品THF的纯度可以达到 98%以上。认为用反应精馏方法由 1,4 丁二醇脱水制备四氢呋喃是可进一步开发的技术。[英文文摘]Synthesis of tetrahydrofuran(THF) from Butanediol(BDO) catalyzed by the acidic resin containing silica was studied.It was found that the catalyst used was in good activity,almost as good as H 3PW 12 O 40 ,and it could be used over a wide range of temperatures,while its mechanical stability could still be improved.The purity of THF was over 98% by reactive distillation when the feed was used as an extractive solvent.It is concluded that synthesis of THF for BDO by reactive distillation is a promising technology.zh_CN
