dc.description.abstract[中文文摘]为了实现同一反应器内生物膜内层兼氧和生物膜外层好氧两种状态的组合,探究水解和好氧两过程的组合优势,本实验采用对生物膜反应器限制性供氧的方法。实验结果表明,限氧条件下的生物膜反应器内,兼氧菌群与好氧菌群良好的协同作用使反应器能稳定且快速有效地处理一系列不同浓度的模拟淀粉废水。用该反应器间歇处理COD4370~8070mg/L的废水,反应2h就能使废水中的淀粉去除率和COD去除率都达90%以上。[英文文摘]In order to couple facultative microbes and aerobes at a biofilm level, a biofilm reactor was developed under oxygen-limited conditions. The results showed that, the cooperativity between facultative microbes and aerobes made the biofilm reactor treat a series of different concentrations of starch wastewater significantly and stably. When the simulated starch wastewater of COD 4370~8070mg/L was fed to this reactor, both the starch removal efficiency and COD removal efficiency could be above 90% after 2 h.zh_CN
