dc.description.abstract癌症是威胁人类健康的重大疾病之一,恶性肿瘤的治疗在很大程度上仍以化疗为主。传统的静脉化疗全身毒副作用较大,病人往往难以耐受。近年来,利用控缓释技术进行恶性肿瘤的治疗得到广泛研究。透析法是一种用于制备聚合物缓释纳米颗粒的新方法,其制备过程简单,可以避免表面活性剂的使用,有望用于工业化生产,因此具有重要的研究意义和发展前景。 丝裂霉素(MMC)是一种广谱的抗肿瘤抗生素类药物,临床上主要剂型为注射用丝裂霉素冻干粉。为了降低该药的给药量,提高药物的生物利用度,本文首先制备丝裂霉素大豆卵磷脂复合物,在此基础上采用透析法制备载丝裂霉素的聚乳酸纳米粒子,并对磷脂复合物和纳米粒子的性能进行了考察。具体内容如...
