    • PbTe/PbSe三维树枝结构的水热合成及形貌控制

      采用简单的水热合成法制备了三维树枝结构的PbTE/PbSE复合材料,利用X射线衍射(Xrd)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(fESEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等分析手段进行材料结构和形貌表征.研究反应过程的影响因素及晶体的形成机制.结果表明,产物的形貌受反应时间、反应温度、nAOH浓度的控制.基于不同反应时间产物的分析,推测产物的结构可能是一种包覆结构(PbTE被PbSE包覆),并分析了形成这种结构的原因.

      采用反应挤出增容方法 ,制备了PC/UHMWPE/(HDPE/LDPE) g GMA共混物 ,并对其力学性能和形态结构进行研究。结果表明 :共混物的冲击断面出现了严重的撕裂现象 ,基体产生了剪切屈服形变 ;共混物的拉伸强度随相容剂和UHMWPE用量的增加而降低 ,冲击强度随着相容剂用量的增加呈现先增加后减小的变化 ;当相容剂用量为 6份时 ,冲击强度达到最大值 66kJ/m2 ,比未增容的PC/UHMWPE共混物提高了 2 8 5kJ/m2 。

      探究添加剂聚乙二醇(PEg)的不同分子量及浓度对于干-湿相转化法制备的聚醚砜(PES)中空纤维超滤膜结构和性能的影响。结果显示,随着PEg分子量由600增大到20 000,膜通量先增后减,在PEg分子量为6 000时最大,为177.41 l/(H·M2);截留率、拉伸强度则均逐渐下降。随着PEg-6 000浓度由4%增大到10%,膜通量逐渐上升,截留率、拉伸强度逐渐下降。
