dc.description.abstract低分子量且多分散的聚碳硅烷是有机先躯体转化法制备碳化硅陶瓷纤维的原料,目前对聚碳硅烷的流变性能并不了解,特别是常规流变学的研究对象一般是高聚物或小分子,对聚碳硅烷低聚物的流变性能的研究非常有限,因此,开展对聚碳硅烷流变性能的研究将有助于调节其熔融纺丝过程,从而提高碳化硅陶瓷纤维的性能。 本论文系统地研究了聚碳硅烷瞬态、稳态和大振幅下的动态流变性能。首先通过高温蒸馏预处理方法进行脱泡预处理,获得了数均分子量为1170~1350g/mol的聚碳硅烷样品,接着对这些样品剪切预处理后进行了瞬态和稳态流变实验,初步考察了聚碳硅烷的一些时间依赖性,最后尝试进行了大振幅的动态流变测试。 瞬态流变测试结果...
