薄板式膜生物反应器中膜污染的控制及膜清洗的研究

Abstract
膜生物反应器(MBR)是将先进膜分离技术和传统生物处理技术结合而成的一种新型污水处理工艺。由于膜的高效截留作用,反应器能够维持很高的污泥浓度,从而降低了污泥负荷,提高了系统的处理效率。然而,膜污染是当前限制MBR广泛应用的主要瓶颈,因为它会导致膜通量下降,增加膜组件清洗和更换的频率,从而增加MBR的运行费用。因此,膜生物反应器(MBR)稳定运行的核心问题之一是膜污染控制。鉴于此,本文分别研究了在线反冲洗和加入聚丙烯颗粒来延缓MBR中的膜污染。 采用平行对比试验的方法,研究伴有周期性次氯酸钠反冲洗的膜组件A和没有反冲洗的膜组件B处理园区废水。研究结果表明:COD去除率在90%以上、BOD5去除...
