dc.description.abstract航天用防渗透异型构件要求具有轻巧、稳定的特点以及耐腐蚀和防渗透的性能。因此,对异型构件所使用材料的性质及结构有较高的要求。金属铝质轻,金属钛容易形成致密结构,但都不耐腐蚀;聚全氟代乙丙稀(F46)具有良好的耐强酸碱腐蚀的性能,但防渗透能力较差。本论文的工作将金属与F46的优点结合起来,考察了复合异型构件的制备方法及工艺,并对复合异型构件的结构和工艺性能进行了系统的表征,初步探讨了复合异型构件的防渗透机理。本工作中选用的F46异型构件,采用吹塑成型的工艺制备而成,具有高度的耐腐蚀性与稳定性。采用射频磁控溅射的方法在其表面制备金属铝层与金属钛层,从而获得异型构件。论文中探讨了不同的表面活化方式和不...
