dc.description.abstract本文采用丙烯酰胺高分子网络凝胶法对于低温制备氧化锆粉末进行了研究和探索,研究了热处理温度和掺杂稳定剂的用量对粉末晶相的影响;探索了掺杂对粉末结构带来的影响。主要工作由以下三部分构成: 一、制备钇稳定四方相氧化锆(3Y-TZP)粉末及其表征。在600℃热处理除去有机物和水,再分别在700℃、800℃、1000℃和1200℃热处理2h。通过实验确定高分子网络凝胶法的合适实验条件:金属离子的浓度为0.3mol/L,柠檬酸的用量是金属阳离子的电荷摩尔量,单体与网络剂质量配比为12:1,催化剂与引发剂的体积比为10:1,pH值控制在4~5之间,干凝胶的热处理温度为600℃。 二、制备不同稳定剂稳定掺...
