dc.description.abstract本论文采用传统的固相法制备CaCu3Ti4OI2(CCTO)陶瓷,研究不同热处理工艺、不同成型工艺、不同氧化物含量和氧化物掺杂对陶瓷结构与性能的影响,对陶瓷的介电机理、压敏机理和陶瓷的晶界效应进行初步的探讨。 本文对CCTO陶瓷的合成粉料分别在850℃,900℃,950℃和1000℃的温度下预烧2h,然后在1100℃左右烧结3h成瓷。结果表明,950℃预烧2h的粉体具有最佳的烧结性能。对坯体分别在1060℃、1080℃、1100℃和1120℃下烧结2h,结果表明1100℃烧结2h的样品具有最好的介电性能。通过改变陶瓷的烧结保温时间系统研究CCTO陶瓷的晶界效应,在1100℃烧结8小时制备出的...
