摘要本论文主要采用固相法制备铈离子掺杂的钇铝石榴石(YAG:Ce)荧光粉,系统探讨原材料、助熔剂及离子取代对荧光粉性能的影响,并对液相法制备荧光粉进行初步探讨。实验中首先探讨Al(OH)3和Al2O3两种不同原料对荧光粉性能的影响,在一定温度下制备含助熔剂和不含助熔剂的荧光粉,发现两种原料制备的样品在晶体结构、微观形貌和荧光性能上没有明显差别,考虑到实际生产效率,选用Al2O3作为原料之一;接着比较CeO2、Ce(NO3)3·6H2O和Ce2(CO3)3·5H2O三种不同原料对荧光粉性能的影响,实验发现,CeO2为原料时,容易获得YAG纯相,荧光性能较优;之后针对液相法制备前驱体的反应活性对荧...
