Steady Simulation of Distillation Columns Based on Matlab

[中文文摘]以Matlab为平台,开发面向多组分复杂精馏塔和吸收塔系统的精馏稳态模拟计算软件包XD-SOD.软件包包含了泡点法、露点法、流率加和法和新松弛法等多种稳态精馏模拟计算算法.对4种不同的分离物系,采用不同的模拟算法进行仿真验证.仿真结果表明,软件包能够有效地应用于精馏、吸收等分离过程和复杂的催化裂化分馏塔系统的稳态模拟,并具有数值稳定性好,收敛快,适用面广,易于改进等特点.[英文文摘]Based on the general model of multi-component,multi-stage distillation columns,a chemical engineering software package XD-SOD was developed here in by Matlab.The package included several algorithms such as Bubble Point Method,Dew Point Method,Sum Rates Method and New Relaxation Method which were often used in the rigorous continuous distillation calculations,as well as some improvements such as θ Method to accelerate the calculation and Plate Hydraulics Correlation to fix on the value of Convergence Factorin New Relaxation Method.By applying these different algorithms respectively,the steady simulation results of four different kinds of separation systems showed that the package can be well employed to solve various distillation and absorption problems with high stability, wide adaptability,quickness and easy to improve. When combined with the Compartment Method ,the package could be also extended to deal with the complex Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit FCCU fractionator systems.And the results of the subsequent dynamic simulation of FCCU fractionator proved that it was a fairly practical and efficient estimation way to fix the initial guesses for the dynamic model.
