dc.description.abstract[中文文摘]构建了一种简单的时空守恒元解元(CE/SE)方法用于求解模拟移动床色谱模型方程.首先将该方法用于具有分析解的间歇色谱过程,模拟结果表明该方法的计算精度明显优于直线法.然后将其用于模拟果糖葡萄糖分离过程,并与文献中的方法进行了比较,结果显示CE/SE法计算效率优于直线法和小波配置法,并且构建的CE/SE法比文献中CE/SE法具有更高的计算效率和精度.[英文文摘]A simple space-time conservation element and solution element(CE/SE) method is constructed in this work for solving the model equation of simulated moving bed chromatography.Firstly the method is used for the batch chromatography problem,which has the analytical solution.The simulation results show that the precision of CE/SE method is much better than that of the method of lines.Then the method is used for fructose-glucose separation problem.By comparing with the results in literatures,it is shown that the computations efficiency of CE/SE method is higher than method of lines and wavelet collocation.Especially the method in this work results in higher computational efficiency and accuracy than the CE/SE method in literature.zh_CN
