      本文基于形变势理论构建(001)面双轴应变Ge材料的能带结构模型。计算结果表明(001)面双轴应变可以将Ge的能带从以L能谷为导带底的间接带半导体调控到以Δ4能谷为导带底的间接带半导体或者以Г能谷为导带底的直接带半导体。同时室温下Ge的带隙与应变的关系可用四段函数来表示:当压应变将Ge材料调控为以Г能谷为导带底的间接带半导体后,每增加1%的压应变,禁带宽度将线性减小约78.63meV;当张应变将Ge材料调控为直接带半导体后,张应变每增加 ...
    • 2D/3D级联卷积在分割CT肺动脉上的应用研究

      医学影像分割是计算机辅助诊断的重要组成部分。针对CT影像的三维特性,提出了一种基于2D/3D级联卷积的Unet网络结构用来分割肺动脉。该结构相比基于传统2D卷积的方法,关联了第三维度信息,提高了分割准确度和泛化能力,相比基于传统3D卷积的方法提高了准确度和执行效率。实验对多套肺动脉增强CT数据集做了验证,分割准确率达到85.7%,高于传统2D和3D Unet网络,同时执行效率较3D Unet提高近30%,在CT影像分割上做到了效率和准确度的兼顾。

      介绍了3μm光纤激光器常用的光纤基质和稀土增益离子,分析了3μm稀土掺杂光纤激光器的工作原理,并且从不同研究视角回顾了3μm稀土掺杂光纤激光器的研究进展。其中,锁模中红外光纤激光器、小型化全光纤中红外激光器和3~4μm更长波长的中红外光纤激光器是目前研究的主要趋势和热点。随着3μm中红外光纤激光相关技术的迅速发展,结构更紧凑、性能更优异的3μm光纤激光器不断涌现,必将大大推动其商业化和实用化的进程,更好地满足不同领域的应用需求。
