Abstract
肺癌(Lungcancer)和肝细胞癌(HepatocellularCarcinoma,HCC)都是世界上最常见的六大恶性肿瘤之一,也是人类最主要的致死原因之一。多发性内分泌肿瘤1型综合征(multipleendocrineneoplasiatype1,MEN1)是一种以甲状旁腺、垂体前叶瘤、胰岛等内分泌器官肿瘤为特征的家族性常染色体疾病,其关键的致病基因之一是MEN1基因,该基因编码menin蛋白。我们实验室发现在肺癌中MEN1作为一个典型的抑癌基因发挥抑癌作用,同时menin抑制肺神经内分泌肿瘤的分化,而在肝细胞肝癌中MEN1则作为癌基因发挥促癌作用。因此,阐明menin在不同癌症系统中不...
