Abstract
支气管哮喘(asthma),简称哮喘,是一种以气道高反应性和可逆性气道阻塞为特点的慢性炎症性疾病。虽然对哮喘发病机制和治疗的研究取得了很大进展,但全世界哮喘发病率和死亡率仍呈现上升趋势。哮喘的发病危险因素包括遗传因素(内因)和环境因素(外因)两个方面。环境因素作为诱发哮喘和哮喘急性发作的重要危险因素,主要包括过敏原、气候变化和空气污染等。PM2.5致病的主要原因是由于细颗粒物粒径小,比表面积大,活性强,容易吸附空气中的各类有毒成分。我们前期研究发现PM2.5、PM10等空气污染物浓度与儿童呼吸系统疾病的门诊量呈显著正相关趋势。哮喘发病机制较为复杂,目前主要分为以下几点:气道炎症机制,免疫及变态...
