Abstract
背景:角膜因其透明和无血管的特性,是视觉系统重要组成部分。许多病理情况可导致角膜失去透明性,形成角膜新生血管。而角膜新生血管形成的原因却十分复杂,发病机制也十分不明确。我们之前曾研究角膜基质细胞在角膜新生血管的形成过程中起着重要的作用,角膜基质细胞通过分泌MMP13,降解细胞外基质,为角膜新生血管提供基质空间。而角膜基质细胞诱导MMP13分泌的具体机制还不明确。 目的:探讨角膜基质细胞上调VEGFr3的表达,促进MMP13的产生和角膜新生血管形成(cornealneovascularization,CNV)的机制。 方法:通过碱烧伤建立小鼠角膜新生血管模型,将野生型小鼠随机分成正常对照组、...
