dc.description.abstract目的:构建三类离体狗喉实验模型,分别模拟三类疾病(双侧假声带肥厚、双侧声带下唇肥厚、双侧声带麻痹),通过声学与空气动力学的测量,分别分析狗喉发声特性的变化。 材料与方法:分别在双侧假声带与双侧声带下唇注射一定量的果糖溶液,制作双侧假声带肥厚、双侧声带下唇肥厚两类模型疾病,每一类疾病模型都分为轻度与重度肥厚组。通过对双侧声带麻痹模型行不同阶段的手术方式,模拟各种手术方式的影响。收集的参数有发声阈压、发声阈气流、信噪比、声强、平均气流率、基频和共振峰,并计算声门阻力。 结果:(1)双侧假声带肥厚:正常狗喉和重度肥厚模型相比,声强的增加具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但在其余两两比较的情况中,声...
