Abstract
研究目的:Nucleophosmin是一种多功能且普遍表达的核仁磷酸蛋白,主要定位于核仁,参与多种细胞生命活动,尤其对细胞的存活至关重要,已被证实在多种类型的癌症中有过度表达的现象。肝纤维化是由多种慢性刺激共同作用的肝脏疾病,其发病率和死亡率在全球有日益增高的趋势。但是目前有关肝纤维化发生的分子机制尚没有清楚的定论。本文以TGF-β刺激肝星状细胞活化,NPM与肝纤维化标志物ACTA2蛋白质表达量升高为切入点,在细胞水平上研究了NPM在肝纤维化发展中的作用,并对NPM在肝纤维化进展作用的分子机制进行了初步探究。为探索有效的肝纤维化诊疗手段提供理论上的支持。 方法:首先,通过促纤维化因子TGF-...
