dc.description.abstract目的:通过腹腔注射大剂量戊四氮建立急性大鼠癫痫模型,运用姜黄素进行干预,观察姜黄素对癫痫大鼠行为的影响和神经元的保护作用及其机制研究。 方法:实验选用健康雄性SD大鼠48只,完全随机分为:姜黄素组、对照组、模型组、实验组,每组12只大鼠,造模前进行相应的预干预,然后通过腹腔注射戊四氮建立急性癫痫动物模型。观察造模后各组大鼠行为学表现;尼氏染色、HE染色观察各组大脑病理变化;Tunnel染色观察各组大脑皮质神经元的凋亡情况;免疫组织化学方法观察姜黄素对海马组织或皮质部分LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin1表达的影响。 结果:相对于模型组,实验组腹腔注射姜黄素可明显延长发作潜伏期;病理学显示,实验组相对...
