Abstract
背景:神经胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的原发性颅内肿瘤,占恶性脑肿瘤81%。虽然发病率较低,但其死亡率极高。随着发人们对胶质瘤的研究的逐渐深入,各种治疗的新思路、新方法陆续投入到临床前及临床实践应用中,但效果甚微,大量在动物实验成功而临床评价较差的经验说明动物模型并没有反应出患者肿瘤真实的生理学特性,因此建立一种可靠的、稳定的胶质瘤原位移植模型是科研工作者急需解决的问题。 目的:构建胶质瘤荧光稳转细胞株,建立一种新型的可实时监测肿瘤生长的裸鼠胶质瘤原位移植瘤模型,并比较三种不同细胞系来源的胶质瘤裸鼠模型各自的特点。 方法:选取3种神经胶质瘤细胞(C6、U87、U251)为研究对象,构建含Lu...
