Abstract
第一章大鼠心跳骤停复苏模型的建立与观察 目的:建立模拟临床上DCD供者器官捐献前出现过心跳骤停并成功心肺复苏后的血流动力学改变的大鼠心跳骤停模型。 方法:通过夹闭大鼠腹主动脉5min后再开放的方式,模拟临床DCD供者器官捐献前出现过心跳骤停且成功心肺复苏后的血流动力学改变。实验组夹闭腹主动脉后胸腔以下循环即停止,再开放后血流恢复造成缺血性再灌注损伤。同时设立假手术组(仅开腹、游离腹主动脉,不夹闭腹主动脉),观察夹闭后大鼠平均动脉压(MAP)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、氧分压(PaO2)的改变。 结果:实验组在夹闭腹主动脉后大鼠的MAP即刻降为零,明显低于假手术组(P<0.05=,且...
