Abstract
背景:非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是指除外酒精和其他明确的损肝因素所致的,以弥漫性肝细胞大泡性脂肪变为主要特征的临床病理综合症。然而NAFLD的发病机制并不明确,目前比较公认的是“二次打击”学说。近年来,有文献报道缺氧与肝脏脂质代谢密切相关,并且在临床中肥胖病人和呼吸暂停综合症(OSA)病人同时患有非酒精性脂肪肝的概率非常高。 目的:根据高脂饮食(highfatdiet,HFD)与NAFLD疾病的关系,探索HFD跟缺氧之间的联系以及缺氧在脂肪肝发病过程中所起的作用,研究缺氧诱导肝脏脂质堆积的机制。 材料与方法:1.高脂模型:使用60%高脂饲料喂养的小鼠和0.4mM棕榈酸诱导的肝原代细胞...
