Abstract
目的:探讨生理状态下睡眠缺乏小鼠诱发干眼的机制。 方法:以水上支架站立法建立睡眠缺乏(SD)小鼠模型,18g—20g雄性C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为正常对照组(Normal组)、5天SD组(SD5D组)、10天SD组(SD10D组)、非诺贝特处理组(Feno组)、0.1%DMSO对照组(DMSO组)。Feno和DMSO组于造模后第6天分别用10μL200μM非诺贝特和0.1%DMSO滴眼,每天3次。5天SD组于第5天,其余组于第10天进行泪液分泌测定、OGD和PAS染色等干眼临床指标的检测,并取角膜组织进行RNA和蛋白的提取、冰冻和石蜡切片及扫描电镜样本的制备。以免疫组化、qRT-PCR和蛋...
