dc.description.abstract小口径血管一般是指直径小于6mm的血管,人工血管移植物已经被大量地应用于临床实践中,目前临床上常用的主要有自体血管移植物、异体血管移植物和人工合成的高分子材料血管移植物等3大类血管移植物。其中前两类由于来源有限与异体排斥反应局限了其临床应用,而高分子合成材料制成的人工血管已在大口径血管移植方面取得了比较大的进展,但在小口径血管移植方面一直没有取得突破性进展,究其原因主要还是由于血管材料的内皮化功能欠缺,机械性能不如天然血管等,故本文采取将细胞种植于人工材料表面的方法,制备人源性细胞外基质-高分子材料复合的生物血管,以弥补人工血管的缺陷。 细胞外基质以及细胞外基质蛋白是作为所有细胞生长的基础环...
