Abstract
慢性炎症存在于各种慢性疾病如糖尿病、肥胖、癌症、阿尔兹海默症、心血管疾病、代谢性疾病和缺氧性疾病,并在其发展中起到关键性的作用。然而,慢性炎症对脑功能有何影响及其机制尚不清楚。早期文献显示,炎症可以促进神经营养因子在神经系统内的分泌,进而保护神经元免受损伤;免疫机制也可以积极调节神经回路的重塑,促进记忆的巩固,海马长时程增强和神经发生。而在几种慢性炎症疾病中发现了DNA甲基化,DNA甲基化通过调节基因的表达和活性,影响细胞的增殖和分化,并且调节长时程记忆和突触可塑性。因此,本研究首先观察认知功能的变化及DNA甲基化和去甲基化参与的机制。 目的:通过构建不同严重程度的慢性炎症小鼠模型,运用行为...
