Abstract
已有约四十年发展历史的纳米技术对化学、材料学和医学等诸多领域有着无可比拟的重要影响,尤其为诊断和治疗世界三大顽疾之一的恶性肿瘤提供了新颖的思路和重要的手段。相对于靶部位药物浓度不足、疗效低、副作用大、模式单一的传统抗肿瘤药物诊疗方案,纳米载体装载传统抗肿瘤药物的新型诊疗模式可提高传统抗肿瘤药物的靶向性,降低对正常组织的损伤并实现多模式的诊疗一体化。抗肿瘤药物对特定肿瘤部位的精准给药成为纳米给药系统新的要求。 本课题设计了可通过光热和磁热双重激发释药的甲氨蝶呤修饰的多功能磁温敏脂质体系统,即将油酸修饰的磁纳米粒子和亲脂性荧光染料Cy5.5包载于经甲氨蝶呤修饰的温敏脂质体的双分子层中,再通过硫酸...
