Abstract
在世界范围内,乳腺癌是女性最常见、也是最易致死的恶性肿瘤之一。紫杉醇(Paclitaxel,PTX)是一种临床应用广泛的广谱抗肿瘤药物,也是临床治疗乳腺癌的首选药物之一。但由于紫杉醇的水溶性极低,且用于治疗乳腺癌作用方式单一,限制了紫杉醇的临床使用,因此紫杉醇新制剂的开发多年来持续受到国内外的广泛关注。结合具有光\磁效应的纳米材料,发展新型技术手段,研发针对乳腺癌具有可视化响应和特异靶向性的纳米紫杉醇制剂,是解决乳腺癌成像与同步治疗中系列关键问题的有效手段。本文旨在研制出具有良好临床适应性、具有磁靶向和转铁蛋白配体靶向双重靶向,兼具光动力治疗的多功能紫杉醇纳米药物。 首先,本文采用水热共沉淀...
