Abstract
乳腺癌是全世界最常见的几大恶性肿瘤之一,对女性的生命健康构成很大损害。随着对乳腺癌生物学行为异质性探究的不断深入,制订出乳腺癌(尤其是三阴性乳腺癌患者)的综合治疗方案对改善患者的治疗及预后有着十分重要的意义。 基于甲基化芯片筛查技术,我们发现WDR41基因与脑白质疏松症(Leukoariaosis,LA)的发展呈现明显的相关性,且呈现高甲基化状态。令人感兴趣的是,WD40-repeat蛋白家族参与调控了许多肿瘤的发生发展。WDR41作为WD40-repeat蛋白家族一员,仅在2016年才有文献报道其参与了神经系统中多巴胺信号通路的转导,同时在介导C9orf72表达异常诱发的细胞自噬过程中也充...
