Abstract
房壁瘤可以分成两种:一种是先天性房壁瘤,一种是后天生成的房壁瘤。其中先天性房壁瘤是比较少见的疾病,至今国内外有报道的案例不超过50例。房壁瘤多发于左心房的心耳周边。左房壁瘤的瘤体尺寸不定,表面相对较薄,当房壁瘤较大时,瘤体会压迫周遭血管,从而导致缺氧,行动缓慢等一系列症状。如果忽视其带来的影响,后果往往可能致命。因此,在临床上,精确地识别和分割肿瘤对于早期诊断和治疗计划的制定非常重要。然而,对房壁瘤的识别和分割仍然是一项严峻的挑战,主要原因是房壁瘤的尺寸非常小,同时其周遭的环境相当复杂,对于分割算法存在诸多干扰。 为了完成分割肿瘤的任务,需要对心脏CT影像中的肿瘤进行识别。首先对CT影像进行...
