Abstract
掺Nd3+离子的激光晶体一直是固体激光器最重要的工作物质之一。在过去的几十年中,各种Nd3+激光材料以及相应的激光器件被开发出来,实现了基于Nd3+近红外激光的各种应用。掺Nd3+硅酸盐作为具有相对较宽发射谱线的激光材料,近年来吸引了较多的关注。掺Nd3+硅酸盐激光材料不仅具有优异的物理、机械和热光特性,使其成为可靠的固体激光增益介质。而且,相比较于大多数单晶掺Nd3+材料来说,比如Nd:YAG/GGG/YLF等,掺Nd3+硅酸盐材料具有展宽的光谱特性,可以获得可调谐激光输出,也有望通过锁模技术,实现在近红外波段的超短脉冲激光输出。本文从研究Nd3+掺杂的GYSO/LSO/LYSO硅酸盐晶体入...
