Abstract
激光二极管(LaserDiode,LD)泵浦的全固态绿光激光器结合调Q技术和直接泵浦技术,不仅可以缓解泵浦光带来的热效应提高激光器的光学转换效率,而且可以有效缩短激光器的腔长从而产生高峰值功率、重复频率和窄脉宽的绿光脉冲,同时保证激光器结构相对简单易于实现激光器的小型化。为了在LD直接泵浦Cr,Nd:YAG/GTR-KTP腔内倍频自调Q绿光激光器中实现高效稳定绿光输出,本论文从倍频晶体长度、腔长、增益介质的Nd3+离子掺杂浓度等方面进行了相关实验和理论研究。 首先,本论文阐述了LD泵浦的全固态绿光激光器的研究进展,并指出传统方法产生绿光的不足和存在问题。然后论述了非线性光学频率转换相关理论以...
