台湾“公民新闻”实践探究：组织、文本与运动

Abstract

“公民新闻”的具体实践主要包含三个面向：组织层面、内容层面和社会运动层面。这三个面向是本研究的逻辑起点。本文运用文献分析、文本分析、案例分析等多种研究方法，结合具体案例，分别从“公民新闻”平台的运作模式、“公民新闻”文本的叙事类型、“公民新闻”与社会运动的关系这三个维度考察台湾“公民新闻”的实践应用。经分析，本研究认为： 在组织实践层面，不同经营模式的“公民新闻”媒体基于组织结构和专业规范的考虑，采取了差异化的公民参与方式。其中，公共模式下的“公民新闻”实践最为彻底，而商业/独立模式因资金、规模受限，“公民新闻”更多作为一种补充或“点缀”。但无论哪种运作模式，传统的新闻“守门”机制依然存在，...
