dc.description.abstract作为新一代半导体照明光源,GaN基LED以其高效低耗、节能环保、响应快、寿命长等优点,成为当今研究的热点。当今社会中,LED已经被广泛应用于户内外显示,液晶显示,车灯,交通信号灯和道路照明等各个领域。尽管随着技术的进步LED的光提取效率已经实现了很大的提升,但是如何进一步提升LED的发光效率成为研究的难点。LED发光效率低的主要因素在于其光提取效率。本文通过引入石墨烯透明电极改善透明电极与GaN的欧姆接触提升电流扩展均匀性以及通过对Al/Ag掺杂ITO透明电极的研究来提高LED的光提取效率。 本文的主要结论是:
