Abstract
ZnO纳米材料因其独特的理化性质一直备受研究人员的关注,被广泛应用于发光二极管、激光管、传感器、透明电极、太阳能电池等光电器件领域。其中树状的ZnO/Si纳米结构可以极大地扩展材料的比表面积,增加它的光吸收能力,同时ZnO/Si异质结构能促进电荷分离,可以有效减少电子空穴对复合。这些性质使ZnO/Si纳米结构在传感和半导体光催化剂方面有很大的应用潜力。本文主要研究树状ZnO/Si纳米结构及其应用,内容如下: 首先,利用金属辅助刻蚀法,用AgNO3/HF溶液制备Si纳米线阵列,采用原子层沉积技术在Si纳米线上镀ZnO籽晶层,最后利用水热法制备了树状ZnO/Si异质纳米结构。通过改变Si纳米线的...
