Abstract
NovosphingobiumpentaromativoransUS6-1是一株筛选自Ulsan海湾沉积物的革兰氏阴性菌,能高效降解2环至5环的PAHs。链特异转录组测序发现,苯并芘(BaP)压力下共有13个TonB系统相关基因表达水平显著上调,为揭示TonB系统在菌株US6-1应对BaP压力中的作用,我们以TonB系统中的关键基因tonB为研究对象,在基因组序列分析和实时荧光定量PCR分析的基础上通过自杀性质粒同源重组的方法构建了新鞘氨醇杆菌US6-1tonB基因缺失菌株,并对tonB基因缺失株的生物学特性展开了研究,主要研究结果如下: (1)基因组序列的分析结果表明菌株US6-1有4个t...
