Abstract
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类16-29nt长的分布极其广泛的小的非编码RNA,作为RNA干扰沉默复合体的一部分,其最主要的作用是特异性靶向结合具有同源序列的mRNA进而负向调控基因的表达,参与调控了几乎所有的信号通路,对于维持机体正常的生物学功能至关重要。研究表明miRNA的异常突变或者异位表达常常伴随着疾病以及癌症。而作为RNA干扰沉默复合体的核心组分,Dicer一方面通过切割外源dsRNA为siRNA介导RNAi抵抗外来核酸的影响,还能通过将内源序列加工成miRNA调节内源基因的表达,参与维持生物的正常生长发育。FoxO3是非常重要的转录因子,能够通过对下游靶基因的转录调控,参...
