Abstract
细胞坏死和细胞焦亡是两种形式的程序性细胞死亡,均具有细胞质膜破裂的特征。在本文中,我们研究了细胞坏死和细胞焦亡的形态学差异及其机制。不同于细胞坏死,焦亡的细胞在细胞质膜破裂之前,细胞质膜上起泡并产生凋亡小体样的细胞突出物(将其命名为焦亡小体)。细胞质膜的破裂在坏死的细胞中是爆破样的,而在焦亡的细胞则为内容物缓慢释放,最终细胞变得扁平。细胞坏死是由其执行蛋白MLKL在细胞质膜上寡聚介导的,而细胞焦亡是由蛋白GSDMD被炎性caspase1或caspase11切割后介导的,两个蛋白的N端结构域序列对其细胞质膜定位和寡聚非常重要。 Necroptosis and pyroptosis are two different types of programmed cell death, both have the feature of plasma membrane rupture.
