Abstract
三丁基锡(Tributyltin,TBT)是一种影响广泛的持久性有机化合物。有关TBT对生物体的毒性作用、作用机理以及污染治理问题等方面已开展了深入的研究,但如何缓解TBT对机体的毒性作用,减少TBT等有机污染物对机体健康造成的危害还缺乏广泛而深入的研究。本研究以体外培养的HepG2细胞系和C57BL/6小鼠为模型,探讨海洋天然产物岩藻黄质(Fucoxanthin,Fx)、岩藻黄醇(Fucoxanthol,FxOH)和抗氧化肽(AntioxidantPeptides,AP)对TBT诱导产生的毒性作用是否具有拮抗作用,并分析其可能的作用机制。论文获得如下主要结果: (1)Fx、FxOH和AP对...
