dc.description.abstract二噁英类化合物(Dioxin-likecompounds)是典型的持久性有机污染物,它们对生物体具有强致癌、内分泌干扰、肝毒性、免疫毒性、皮肤毒性、生育障碍等健康威胁,因此对它们的监控就显得极为重要。目前对二噁英类化合物的分析方法多种多样,但总的来说可以把它们归结为仪器分析法和生物分析法。其中仪器分析法样品前处理过程繁琐,检测周期长,检测成本昂贵,同时对检测人员的技术要求也比较高,限制了该方法在环境监测中的应用。由于二噁英类化合物具有相似的毒性机理,均能通过AhR信号通路影响cyp1a1基因的表达,因此我们设计并构建cyp1a1启动子调控GFP基因的方式,获得稳转的HepG2细胞系与转基因斑马...
