Abstract
厌氧氨氧化(anaerobicammoniumoxidation,ANAMMOX)和反硝化型厌氧甲烷氧化(nitrite-dependentanaerobicmethaneoxidation,N-DAMO)反应是新发现的两类能够参与碳氮循环的微生物,它们的发现对完善全球碳氮循环理论具有重要意义。红树林湿地生态系统位于陆地和海洋交界处,周期性受海水浸淹,并且能够接受来自海洋和陆地的各种污染物,因此物质资源和生物资源都很丰富。同时,红树林湿地沉积物能够为ANAMMOX和N-DAMO微生物创造一个厌氧环境,有利于二者生存。目前,关于ANAMMOX菌的研究主要集中在海洋环境,而N-DAMO菌的研究主要...
