dc.description.abstractHippo信号通路是一条生长信号抑制性通路,对调控细胞的增殖和分化发挥着重要的作用。激酶Mst1和Mst2是Hippo信号通路的两个主要成员。近些年来,研究发现Mst1和Mst2在脾脏、胸腺、淋巴结等免疫组织中检测到大量的表达。有多篇文献报道,Mst1/2在T细胞的发育、粘附和迁移等过程具有重要的调控作用。那Mst1/2在天然免疫中又充当什么样的角色呢? 我们研究发现,Hippo信号通路的重要成员激酶Mst1和Mst2在造血系统特异性敲除后,70%左右的小鼠脾脏会肿大并且会发生反复多次的细菌感染,有多个脏器的炎症,例如肺炎或肺部的脓肿、自发性的结肠炎、肾小球肾炎等,平均寿命只能达到6个月左右...
