Abstract
蓝藻水华的形成可分为四个阶段:藻细胞休眠、复苏、生物量积累、聚集上浮。铜绿微囊藻(Microcystisaeruginosa)PCC7806是一种频繁引发水华的淡水蓝藻。在实验室中培养的藻细胞均匀分散,即使生物量积累到足够爆发水华的阶段,也未观察到藻细胞聚集成群落的现象。研究水华的形成机制,需要在实验室中先模拟蓝藻聚集。本实验室前期研究发现,铜绿微囊藻PCC7806分泌的MrpC蛋白,可在水体中形成网状纤维结构,具有抑制藻细胞下沉的功能。在藻细胞表面也附着有MrpC蛋白。尚不清楚MrpC蛋白与藻细胞聚集的关系。本论文主要包括在实验室中模拟藻细胞聚集,探究MrpC蛋白与藻细胞聚集的关系,分析藻细...
