Abstract
微流控芯片是能在大小为几平方厘米的芯片上对微流体操纵的一种新技术,能应用于分析检测的前处理样品、分离、检测分析、化学反应等这些典型的步骤汇集到芯片中完成,其优点是样品用量少、快速分析、低成本、通量高、集成化容易和实现自动化检测,使得微流控芯片在生化分析的领域得到了广泛的应用,代表着未来检测装置不断微型化的前进方向。本论文主要开展微流控芯片技术在毛发中冰毒快速检测和透射电镜样品池的研制两个方面工作,以下是研究的的主要内容: 1.吸食冰毒对公共安全健康造成严重威胁,因而急需建立一种快速检测冰毒的方法。本文提出并建立一种基于微流控芯片的毛发冰毒SERS检测方法,通过优化毛发降解冰毒方法,设计了检测...
