Abstract
通信运营商营业网点普遍存在个人业务凭证种类多、填单复杂、打印凭证费时费力的问题,这不仅影响客户体验,也给营业网点自身带来了高额的凭证印刷、配送成本以及凭证整理、扫描和档案保管成本。为此,需要电子签名实现可视化电子签名专用产品,以电子化的签章代替传统的纸质签字盖章流程,帮助客户真正实现无纸化应用,可有效确认电子文档来源、确保文档的完整性、防止对文档未经授权的篡改、确保签名行为的不可否认。 本文探讨构建一个某通信运营商电子签名认证系统,通过通信运营商的电子签名应用场景,分析和实现系统。本文首先利用需求及用例图,分析出电子凭证管理、电子印章管理、电子认证服务和电子凭证生成,并基于易用性和安全性也定...
