Abstract
随着我国利率市场化的加快推进和互联网金融的发展,客户的理财意识不断提升,银行的竞争日益激烈,如何挖掘和巩固银行的客户群体,为客户提供差异化的金融服务,是商业银行在市场竞争中必须直面、解决的问题。为此,商业银行务必积极面对,利用信息技术对大数据进行分析,挖掘客户资源,在全行建立标准评级指标体系,评价客户总体价值及细分客户等级,同时向各应用系统提供客户各层级的评价指标及等级数据信息,实现客户的差异化管理和资源的优化配置,最低程度上降低营运成本,从而提高商业银行的综合竞争力。 本文通过介绍某商业银行客户信息管理的现状,阐明了银行对客户进行全面评价和对客户进行细分的重要性和紧迫性,在参考了同行的系统...
