Abstract
随着信息技术的进步,在线教育培训逐渐在各个领域蓬勃兴起。与传统培训管理方式相比,依靠IT支撑的培训管理平台具有受众广、可选性强、灵活、机动、高效、节约等特点,可有效的克服传统培训方式效率低、不易评估、时间空间受限等弊端。 本课题研究内容主要集中在如何搭建系统框架,如何通过软件工程技术的理论和方法,实现某通信公司培训考试和积分应用有效管理。系统由“我的学习平台”、“课件管理”、“考试管理”、“成绩管理”、“积分管理”等五个子系统构成,包括员工信息、培训师信息、课程信息、成绩、培训需求、培训申请、培训效果评价、系统信息、在线考试、培训积分等10个管理模块约70个功能点。 本系统依托于IT技术支...
