dc.description.abstract如今经济和社会飞速发展,高楼层峦叠起,工业不断壮大,人员和财产过度集中,火灾一旦爆发,必将造成不可估量的损失。与此同时,新的易燃易爆材料相继出现,违规用电引发火灾事件层出不穷,森林起火、工业爆炸时有发生。由火灾引起的公共安全问题越来越被人们所重视,火灾探测技术的发展也随之倍受关注。近年来,智能视频监控系统遍及各行各业,为视频火灾探测技术的发展提供了平台。基于视频的火灾探测技术打破了传统技术的一些限制,不仅能够适用于厂房、机场等大空间场所,而且充分利用现有视频监控系统大大降低了成本。 本文就基于视频的火焰检测方法进行了探索和研究。本文将基于视频的火焰检测分为两个阶段:一是火焰候选区域提取阶段,...
