Abstract
随着经济全球化进程的加深,技术创新越来越成为企业生存和发展的关键因素,而研发和培训则是技术创新的双引擎。已有文献都是单方面探索研发对经济的影响或者培训对经济的影响,忽略了二者之间的交互作用,因此,本文将深入探究研发与培训之间是否存在互补关系,如果二者存在策略互补性,对企业的创新绩效有何影响。 本文通过析读中外相关文献,从研发和培训的理论发展入手,梳理出已有的研究进展。在Acemoglu(1997)提出的理论基础上,建立了关于研发与培训策略互补性的数理模型,并解释了多重均衡的结果。实证部分,除交互项检验之外,增加了一个基于超模博弈模型拓展出的互补性检验模型。 在此基础上,本文使用中国工业企业...
