不同氧浓度下浅、深海鱼嗅神经组织形态结构的比较研究
Comparative study on the morphological structure of the olfactory nerve of sea fishes under different oxygen concentrations
Abstract
文章利用免疫组化技术,以不同深度的典型鱼类作为代表,考察不同深度浅、深海鱼类嗅皮层的形态学特征,进一步研究低氧环境对鱼类嗅皮层的影响。研究发现氧浓度的下降会对鱼类的嗅区神经元数量、巨噬细胞和小胶质细胞数量的减少产生影响,说明低氧环境对于嗅区的神经细胞有一定保护作用。 This paper investigates the morphological characteristics of olfactory cortex in shallow and deep sea fishes to study effects of hypoxia on olfactory cortex of fish by immunohistochemistry technique. The results shows that the decrease of oxygen concentration may affect the number of fish neuron, macrophages and microglia of olfactory region, and it shows a decreasing trend. It is suggested that hypoxic environment may protect the nerve cells of fish olfactory area.
